In what’s being billed as the most important election since the last one, it’s time to help voters out.
Here’s a list of useful things you can do!
🙌 Add information about candidates
Help us build the database of election candidates as quickly as possible.
🎙 Organise, record or provide details of hustings
There are plenty of guides to running hustings. The Electoral Commission rules are brief and easy to follow. We’ll be collecting details of them here and advertising them on WhoCanIVoteFor.co.uk.
📸 Snap photos of leaflets
ElectionLeaflets.org is in better shape than it has been for a while. We’ll hopefully be able to improve it over the next few weeks. You can already upload photos of leaflets — please do!
👤 Capture facebook ads
Our friends at WhoTargets.me need your help to monitor facebook ads through the election campaign. Download their tool!
💰 Pop some cash in the kitty
We might set up a crowdfunder shortly, or you can donate directly here. Every little helps to create a better informed electorate and a better election.
🖨 Advertise our websites
Nearer the time, share WhoCanIVoteFor.co.uk or WhereDoIVote.co.uk on Facebook, on WhatsApp groups and so on. Make a poster and stick it in your window! Make loads of posters, give them out to shops, libraries, community centres!
